Scope of work
- Works under direct supervision, with assigned tasks and regular review of deliverables.
- Assists with authoring and modifying 3D/BIM models, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations supporting project delivery, proposals, and stakeholder communication.
- Supports model federation and coordination workflows: assembling federated models, running clash tests, and logging and tracking issues in the project coordination platform under the direction of senior staff.
- Assists with extracting model data such as quantities, parameters, and schedules, and preparing it for reports, dashboards, and quality checks.
- Works with project teams and other departments to integrate imagery, model views, and data into presentations, reports, and proposals using established software and templates.
- Supports day-to-day upkeep of the common data environment (CDE), including transmittals, naming conventions, folder structures, and access requests.
- Assists with routine automation to reduce repetitive modeling and data effort.
- May help to document and maintain digital standards, templates, workflows, and training materials.
- Work is closely supervised.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, information technology or a related discipline required.
