One rate per line, whatever grade the position is. Figures are US dollars and exclude any tax due in your market.

The pack and always-on are held against your account, so those two buttons ask you to sign in first. Positions you file afterwards spend a credit or post free under the subscription, with nothing further to pay.

What a listing carries

• The entry, filed by the software it asks for, in the same index every other position sits in.
• The DIRECT mark, which says a person at the firm posted it rather than a scraper finding it.
• A sheet of its own, carrying the scope, the requirements and the remarks as you wrote them.
• The apply link pointing at your own careers page. Applications reach you, not us.
• Your stated compensation range printed as given. A position with no figure prints a ruled blank instead.

One flat rate, a fair index

The rate printed on the line is the whole cost. There is no placement fee, no cut of the salary you hire at, and nothing further to pay once the listing is up.

The index runs in date order, newest first, so every listing gets its honest turn in front of the same readers — a drafter scanning the board can trust that the order means what it says, and that trust is what your listing is buying into. A featured listing adds fourteen days in the marked band above the index while keeping its own dated place within it: extra visibility on top of the order, never sold out of it.
