Who operates this

Hire Drafters is operated by Magnolia Analytics LLC, organized in Georgia, United States. Using the board — reading the index, or buying a listing — is agreement to these terms. Questions reach the operator at post@hiredrafters.com.

Reading the index

The index is free to read and requires no account. Each entry summarises a position advertised by the firm hiring; the firm’s own posting is the authority, and the apply control takes you to it. Applications are made on the firm’s site under the firm’s policies — this board takes no application and holds nothing you send them.

The board works to keep entries current and correctly filed, and does not warrant it. A position may close, change, or be withdrawn without the index knowing; what an employer states in a posting is the employer’s statement, not the board’s. The index is provided as is, and the board is not a party to any application, interview, or hire that follows from it.

What a listing fee buys

Placement, not applicants. A paid entry goes on the index for its term — 30 days, or until you close it — filed by the software it asks for, in date order with every other entry. The rate card states every figure; nothing is charged beyond what is printed there. The board does not promise a number of readers, applications, or hires, and no fee changes the order of the index: a featured listing buys the marked band above it, never a better position within it.

A five-listing pack grants 5 credits to spend within 12 months of purchase; unspent credits lapse when the pack does. The always-on rate is a monthly subscription, cancellable any time, effective at the end of the paid period — entries live under it close when the subscription does or at their own term, whichever comes first.

The scope rules bind every entry

The board carries early-career drafting work only — graduate, entry, junior and intermediate grades, to a ceiling of four years’ experience, with no entry requiring PE or equivalent licensure. A submitted position outside that scope is not filed, whoever pays: the operator may decline any entry, and may remove a published entry that turns out to misstate the position it advertises. Where a paid position is declined before publication, the payment is returned in full.

By filing an entry, you warrant that:

• The position is real, open, and yours to advertise.
• What the entry states — the work, the requirements, the compensation — is accurate and stays accurate while it is live.
• The apply link reaches your own posting, and applications made there are handled under your own policies.
• Nothing in the entry is unlawful to advertise, and it discriminates against no one the law protects.

You keep the rights to what you write; you grant the board a licence to display it, summarise it, and file it against the index’s vocabulary while it is live, and to keep the closed entry on record — the register records what was advertised.

Payment and refunds

Payment is by card through Stripe at the point of filing; the board never sees or stores card details. Figures exclude any tax due in your market. A declined or unpaid entry is never published, and its draft is recoverable. A paid entry declined under the scope rules is refunded in full. Once an entry is published, its fee is earned and not refunded — closing it early is yours to do at any time, but the term was what the fee bought. Where the board itself removes a published entry other than for a breach of these terms, the unused part of its term is refunded pro rata.

Accounts

An employer account is entered by a single-use link sent to the address you paid with; the mailbox is the credential, and keeping it secure is yours to do. The operator may close an account used to breach these terms. Readers need no account, and the board keeps none for them.

Aggregated entries

Most of the index is gathered from firms’ own public job boards and from job-search services. Each such entry summarises the posting, names its source, and sends every application to it. A firm that wants its postings off the index will be removed on request, immediately — write to post@hiredrafters.com.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: the board is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind; the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for the content, conduct, or hiring decisions of any employer; and the operator’s total liability for any claim arising from the board is capped at the fees you paid it in the twelve months before the claim. An employer indemnifies the operator against claims arising from the entries it filed. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow to be limited.

The housekeeping

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction. If a clause proves unenforceable, the rest stand. The operator may amend these terms; the effective date above moves when the substance does, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it. These terms and the privacy sheet are the whole agreement between you and the operator about the board.
