Civil Transportation Internship

Scope of work

Summer internship contributing to highway and roadway design projects, including traffic analysis, plan preparation, and construction documentation alongside senior transportation engineers.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in highway, roadway, or transportation engineering
• Familiarity with design software such as MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D (Geopak or 3D Modeling experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Organizational skills to handle multiple assignments efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from project sites
