CAD TECHNICIAN - LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE - UP TO £35,000 KEY POINTS Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience Liverpool City Centre location Opportunity to work with a well-established commercial building surveying consultancy

Requirements

• Around 2 years' experience working in a CAD Technician, Architectural Technician or similar technical drawing role
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate technical drawings
• Ability to produce floor plans, building elevations and other building-related drawings
• Understanding of how to interpret measured survey information and translate it into CAD drawings
• Good attention to detail and an ability to work accurately with dimensions and measurements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with surveyors and other technical professionals
• Previous experience within building surveying, architecture or commercial property would be advantageous
